Our Reading Programmes
Three Pathways Into Money Literacy
Cowrie offers three distinct programmes designed for different reading habits, schedules, and levels of commitment. Each one is built around carefully chosen texts and structured discussion.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
Read — Discuss — Reflect
Every Cowrie programme follows the same core rhythm: read something carefully chosen, come together to discuss it openly, and leave with materials that help the ideas settle. This cycle repeats, building depth over time.
What changes between programmes is scale and intensity. The Reading Circle offers a light monthly commitment. The Resource Library lets you go at your own pace with community support. The Deep-Read Literacy Programme is a structured multi-month journey for those who want to read seriously and methodically.
All three share the same standards: independent curation, prepared facilitation, and no commercial conflicts of interest.

Shared Across All Programmes
Professional Standards
Privacy of Discussion
Sessions are not recorded. Personal information shared within the group is held in confidence. Member data is handled under our published privacy policy.
No Regulatory Crossover
All programmes are general education. Cowrie does not provide financial planning, investment advice, or any regulated activity. Content is carefully reviewed to maintain this boundary.
Curation Quality Control
Reading lists are reviewed before each new programme cycle. We assess every text for clarity, balance, and appropriateness for a general Malaysian adult audience.
Responsive Member Support
The Cowrie team is reachable by phone and email on working days. Enrolment questions, scheduling concerns, and programme content queries are all handled directly by the team.
Feedback-Driven Improvement
Every programme cycle ends with a feedback collection. Responses are reviewed by the programme lead and used to shape the next reading list and facilitation approach.
Prepared Facilitation
Every facilitated session is prepared in advance with a discussion guide. Facilitators do not improvise the structure; they bring a plan and adapt it to the room.
